SIEL is born under the aegis of Enrico Pensini, SIEL’s founder and current President, with the aim of designing and producing UPS devices.
1990
The headquarters is based in Trezzano Rosa, Milan.
1993-95
SIEL develops its high-power UPS range provinding it with microprocessor control.
2000
the company enters the field of renewable energies and develops its Solar line of products i.e. inverters for photovoltaic applications and high power solutions up to 660 kWp.
2005
Siel Spa is the market leader with its three-phase inverters for photovoltaic installations.
2009
Soleil PS 1000, the new 1MW “Plug and Play” photovoltaic solution, is introduced to the market.

2010-11
Siel’s Trezzano Rosa headquarters doubles in size with the incorporation of a nearby building.
The two buildings are supplied with 2, 18 and 80 kWp photovoltaic installations, so it be able to drastically reduce the own production of CO2.

2011
Novelty also for products: Sunsiel is born, the new range of PV Solar inverters specifically conceived for the USA market.
2012
Born SIEL AMERICA, new facility in New Jersey, a project that involves Glauco Pensini with driving task of CEO.
2013
Founded the new Spanish company located in Valencia SIEL ENERGY. Siel meets the UL requirements to become "ETL LISTED" and get authorization to mark its products for the U.S. and Canadian market.
2014
SIEL is a group present in over 80 countries, and keep growing internationally with the supply of inverters, Power Station and Delivery Station, to a major EPC for a solar farm, with a total power of 36MW, located at Diego De Almagro (Atacama Desert), Chile.
2015
With its 1,8GW of PV installation worldwide, SIEL continues its role in the field of renewable, also by certifying its products & solutions for various international markets , needs and laws.
